Josh Robinson

Josh Robinson is a versatile singer, composer, and multi-instrumentalist. Coming from a musical family, and taking a keen interest in music early on, Josh was performing every week in the Baptist church by age five. He is very active in Halifax’s live music scene as the keyboardist of G Street band, a freelance musician, and a bandleader. Josh has shared the stage with many of Atlantic Canada’s finest musicians, and has ventured as far as Hollywood to perform as one of ten artists selected worldwide for a talent showcase. As a classical and jazz vocalist, Josh has had the opportunity to sing with the Back Alley big band, the Dalhousie Symphony Orchestra, and the Nova Scotia Youth Jazz Orchestra. He has been a part of numerous other pop, jazz, r&b, classical, latin, rock, fusion, and songwriter ensembles as a singer and an instrumentalist. Over the past few years, Josh has also occasionally worked as a live sound technician, producer, session musician and arranger.
